Under the auspices of Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, this year the Lean Management initiative will take place on June 9th of this year, starting at 09:00 with the international seminar "Lean Management - From the concept to the business excellence" at the Faculty of Electro-technics, Mechanical and Naval Architecture (FESB) of the Split University.
On importance of the Lean initiative in climate of globalization and Croatian accession to EU will speak representatives of the national institution MINGORP and academic community of Split University and the prefect of Splitsko-dalmatinska County mr. Ante Sanader and cluster manager of the Shipyard cluster SDŽ Tino Antonini.
The seminar will bring presentation of the latest experiences on application of the Lean concept for the purpose of achieving the long-term competitiveness of the companies. Shown will be experiences in Germany, Japan and Croatia, also among them five years of experience in systematic application of Lean in Brodotrogir d.d.
