In large dock 15 there are two yachts, Selena and Aiaxaia, while Lady M and Sogno are tied to the outfitting quay and are still waiting their turn for servicing.
All yachts will undergo corrosion protection, cleaning and painting of underwater parts of the hulls, with the inevitable replacement of zinc anodes, with the slight difference that Sogno will also undergo servicing of propeller shafts and submarine valves, as well as other works, as necessary. Aiaxaia will undergo steel works on the machine rudder and electric machinery works in the underwater part of the hull for the purpose of installation of decorative lights, and Selena will get application on propellers and propeller shafts.
To be more specific, those are super yachts longer than ten meters. Selena alone is 56 m long and can entertain ten passengers in five cabins, attended by nine crew members. It was designed by Perini Navi under whose supervision it was built in their Viareggio shipyard. It is propelled by two caterpillar diesel engines which develop speeds of up to 15 knots, or 14 knots during pleasant cruising time.
Aiaxaia is 46 m long and can offer its guests complete enjoyment inside and outside, on one of the decks, sunbathing areas, lounge areas or inside the ship which abounds even in virtual entertainment contents. Apart from sunbathing and rest, the guests have at their disposal various recreational and water sports equipment.
Whereas Lady M and Sogno are still waiting their turn to enter one of the docks, the nautical ship Aquamarin has already sailed into a new season, and the research ship Bios Dva, owned by the Institute for Oceanography and Fishery in Split, will spent even less time being serviced.
