After a very positive story which developed between the four Brodotrogir's female crane operators and Elizabeth Susan Kozina, an enterpreneur from Klis, there followed a warm meeting in Brodotrogir. Ms. Kozina, inspired by the uncommon job descriptions of these four women, felt the need to contact and present them with her book entitled "This is why you didn't understand me – Minutes of (female) wisdom", after which these exceptional women invited her to visit them in their working environment – the Shipyard – where they participate daily in construction and improvement of large ships, in the reign of sonorous and sharp sounds of steel, which, in the course of their work, they too "compose", without regard to rain, sun or wind.
Familiarisation with their activities and mutual exchange of professional experiences marked this meeting which was attended by Božena and Ines, whereas Leona and Željka were unable to attend the occasion, but just as well, because Ines and Božena were the true ambassadors of their profession, as was evident from the reactions of their visitors, Ms. Kozina and her friend Ivana. They talked about their beginnings, their experiences and anecdotes, and Ms. Kozina, intrigued by their story, said that she would like to try her skills by climbing one of the Shipyard's cranes and trying to operate it.
Božena and Ines, taught by their own experiences, told her that mastering the skill would require a certain amount of time, work and experience, and in order to better familiarise their guest with other activities in the Shipyard they invited her to the next launching of the ship, which she gladly accepted.
