MBT 300 t Self-propelled Trolley of the Service Centre Trogir Transports "Dioclea" Hull

During the weekend, several Service Centre Trogir employees had a lot of work with transporting the ABI TRAILERS MBT 300 t self-propelled trolleys by sea from Marina Trogir to the CREATOR SHIPBUILDING shipyard in Vranjic and then using them to transport the "Dioclea" hull from the hall in which it was built to the coast where the ship was to be launched using two cranes. In order to enable the whole operation, the self-propelled trolleys were put on a barge and hauled up to the Vranjic shipyard.
The operations of transporting the self-propelled trolley from the Marina Trogir to the Vranjic shipyard and back, as well as of transporting the "Dioclea" ship from the hall to the coast, were carried out in good order and, since this service equipment is unique in Croatia, it is to be expected that these and similar actions will be repeated and that, with such a service, ships of up to 300 t will be quickly, efficiently and safely transported to the desired locations.
The "Dioclea" is a ship designed for cruises, 47.30 m long and 8.60 m wide, with a current weight of 290 t, which will eventually, after the placement of the ballast, amount to 499 t.
