Dock 4 has been occupied by the motor yacht Gladiator, which will undergo the annual general overhaul in the following two weeks. This will include the cleaning and painting of the underwater part of the hull, the replacement of zinc anodes, the inspection of the propeller shaft, the measurement of stern tube and rudder bearing clearance, the electrical wiring mega-test, as well as works on the stabiliser, tank cleaning and works on air conditioning pumps.
The motor yacht Gladiator (ex Sirius) was built in 2010 in Feadship - Royal Van Lent Shipyard in the Netherlands. It is 38.50 m long and 8.80 m wide. It is powered by two MTU engines, reaching the speed of 14 nodes.
Five cabins on the main deck can accommodate ten guests. In several fashionably decorated dining rooms and salons, the guests can enjoy many forms of entertainment during their cruise. This luxurious, but also discreet, appearance of the yacht has been created by the designers of De Voogt Naval Architects and Sinot Design Associates.
