The return of the MT Sepen to the Trogir shipyard after two years

Near the end of last week, the MT Sepen arrived in the Trogir shipyard for its routine repairs. The MT Sepen (93*14) is owned by the Dinamarin company from Rijeka and it is specialised for the transport of oil and chemicals. The Dinamarin shipping company from Rijeka has had good business relations with Brodotrogir for many years now, and has had the routine repairs for its ships MT Sepen and MT Kijac carried out on these docks.
The MT Sepen has a gross tonnage of 2701 tonnes, and with a MAN B&W 6L 2040 Kw propulsion system its maximum speed is 12 knots.
Various repairs and maintenance will be carried out on the MT Sepen over the course of several days, among other works on shell plating, cargo tanks, chain wheels, winches, davits, manifold loading arms and coolers.
If everything goes according to plan, by the middle of this month the works on the MT Sepen will be completed and it will sail into the new season with a fresh coat of paint.
