hipyard Trogir has completed the transfer of Newbuilding 322, launched in October of 2010, whose godmother Rocio Cardenas christened the tanker Corrido after a Mexican song, according to the tradition of the Swedish ship manager to have all the names of ships in its fleet mostly connected with music.
This is the ninth ship that has been built in this shipyard for the company Laurin Maritime.
The transfer documents in the name of the ship owner were signed by Bo Walter, head of the inspection team of the orderer at shipyard Trogir, and on behalf of shipyard Trogir Ivan Tironi, Shipyard Manager.

The ship is an IMO2 tanker, which can simultaneously transport 17 different chemicals in 18 cargo tanks plus 2 slop tanks of total volume 53,453 m3. The ship is equipped with 20+2 submerged hydraulically driven pumps. The whole series of these ships is being built under supervision of the classifying company Lloyds’ Register of Shipping.
