After three ships left the dock, their places were taken by two luxury ships - the cruiser "La Perla" and the yacht "Katina" from Split, which was recently built by Brodosplit d.d. for its own fleet.
In order to be fully prepared for navigation, the "Katina" sailed in the Trogir dock where the following will be performed: cutting of the aft peak bulkhead, shield and sleigh eye plates, welding and smoothing, as well as ACP protection of cutting and welding spots; the underwater part of the hull will also be painted.
The yacht has a length of 60 m and can accommodate 12 passengers within its six VIP cabins, who can enjoy many entertainment contents during the cruise, such as the sauna, jacuzzi and fitness room, as well as use the equipment for diving, kayaking, windsurfing and many other entertainment and sport contents. 10 crew members are at the guests' disposal round the clock.
The yacht "Katina" is built for cruising the Mediterranean and the Caribbean islands, but according to the certificates obtained from the Croatian Shipping Register and the LY2 code, "Katina" can also sail off to an ocean cruise.
Two engines, with 1000 kW of power each, enable a navigation speed of more than 14 knots, while comfortable cruising is also enabled by two pairs of built-in 'zero speed' stabilisers.
On the luxury cruiser "La Perla", the inspection of propeller shaft with propellers will be performed, along with the cleaning, inspection and measuring of shaft and bearings.
"La Perla" is 39.7 m long, 7.6 m wide and has a draught of 3.4 m. During cruising it can reach the speed of up to 11 knots, as well as the maximum speed of 13 knots during free manoeuvring.
In its 13 luxuriously decorated cabins, it can accommodate 26 guests who have 9 crew members at their disposal.
During the summer season, it takes its guests for cruises along the Adriatic coast.
