The Government of the Republic of Croatia brought the decision on granting the state guarantee for the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development and/or other commercial banks in the country and/or abroad for insuring the issuance of direct and/or indirect bank guarantees to insure advance payments of the buyer of NB 347, KERMAS International Limited, Floriana, Malta, the construction of which was contracted between the buyer and the Croatian Shipbuilding Corporation Trogir d.o.o.
