In their first official visit after the privatization, the county prefect of Splitsko - dalmatinska county, Mr. Zlatko Ževrnja with his coworkers and the mayor of City of Trogir of Mr. Anto Stipčić with his coworkers visited Brodotrogir today.
They were received by Mr. Danko and Nenad Končar, and Mateo Tramontana, Brodotrogir Management Board Member.
The hosts gave them an insight into the activities related to the implementation of the restructuring programme that are a 100% in line with the dynamics from the restructuring programme as well as with the development plans of Brodotrogir. The preparatory activities for the start of construction of the marina, car park and halls for anti-corrosion protection are in progress, and soon the cutting of sheet metals for the chemical tanker being built for our own shipping company, Trogir Maritime, will commence.
"We as a County give our absolute support to your development plans because the when economy goes forward, then other segments develop too. In such a way it ensures employment, and every workplace is essential.  You will have a genuine partner in us", Mr. Ževrnja said.
Ante Stipčić, mayor of City of Trogir has also supported the shipyard that has significant importance for the local community and beyond.
