The Trogir shipyard was visited by David Blunt, British ambassador to Croatia, accompanied by Mrs. Sarina Kalebota from the British Embassy in Split.

He met with Mateo Tramontana, Brodotrogir’s CEO and Mario Geic, head of the Development and Investments Department. The reason for the visit was familiarization with the current situation in Brodotrogir and the status of the privatization process. The hosts informed him of their future plans and the status of negotiations on the approval of the Restructuring program by the European Commission. There was talk about the accession of Croatia to the European Union and ambassador Blunt demonstrated an exceptional interest and lent his support to the future plans of Brodotrogir.
