At the Trogir dockyard professional training for welders in shipbuilding is under way.

In order to be professionally trained for welding of mega constructions, the program encompasses both theory classes in technological profession and classes on specific forms of health and occupational safety in shipbuilding as well as practical work on mega construction with expert supervision of the mentors. At present, 28 employees are being trained and in 250 hours of theoretical and practical training they will get acquainted with their new workplace and its neat maintenance, they will acquire skills in the operations of technological process of work, which is a basic precondition for achieving international competitiveness of the shipyard.The lectures are being held and actively participated in by the leading experts of Brodotrogir Inc.
