The first session of the Supervisory Board of shipyard Trogir was held on 22 October 2008 in the building of the Croatian Parliament with the following agenda:    

1. Composition of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d.; Election of a President and Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d.
2. Nominations to the Board of Brodotrogir d.d.
3. Information on the realization of the restructuring program and the privatization program
4. Re-capitalization of the Croatian Shipbuilding Association Trogir d.o.o.
5. Solution of maritime welfare - removing from the business books

The session was composed of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir, with Vedran Rozic, mayor of Trogir, and also a parliamentary representative, elected as President. Ines Vukobratovic from the Croatian Privatization Fund was elected as Vice President.  Mateo Tramontana, the former President was elected to a new four-year mandate on the Board.
