At their 21st session on 28 August 2008 the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d. decided to convene a Special Assembly of the company.
The Assembly was held on 22 October in the offices of the Management Board of Brodotrogir d.d. with the following agenda
- Opening of the Special Assembly
- Deciding on the election of new members of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d.
- Deciding on an award for the work of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d.
Proposed decisions:
Ad2.) The following people to be elected as members of the Supervisory Board of Brodotrogir d.d. for a period of four years:
INES VUKOBRATOVIC, lawyer, Chief of the Sales Service and Business Property Management, HFP Zagreb, from Zagreb.
VEDRAN ROZIC, economist, Mayor of Trogir, from Trogir.
DURDA FREY, economist, Head of Stock and Bond Sales, HFP Zagreb, from Zagreb.
Ad3.) The award for the work of the members of the Supervisory Board to amount to 75% for members of the Board, and 100% for the President, of the average monthly salary of an employee of the company in the month preceding the one in which the award was made.
All proposals were accepted.
